The apartments at Residence Aparthotel Des Alpes are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 9:30 on the day of departure.

Upon arrival, guests staying at Residence Aparthotel Des Alpes are required to pay a €150 deposit along with any outstanding balance. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, following the return of keys and a staff inspection of the apartment.

In case of cancellation of the stay:

SUMMER:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 days before the arrival date.
• In case of cancellation from 4 days before arrival until 11:59 PM on the day before arrival, a penalty of 30% of the stay will be applied.
• In case of cancellation from 12:01 AM on the day of arrival (local property time) or in case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the stay will be applied.
• Any 30% penalty may be refunded in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year.
• The property reserves the right to modify booking conditions for requests involving more than 3 apartments.
• After check-in, in case of early departure before the check-out date, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
• If the booking was made using a refund voucher, in case of cancellation the voucher is considered used and will not be reissued. Changes are only possible if the value of the new stay is equal to or higher than the original one.

WINTER:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days before arrival and until 11:59 PM on the day before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total stay will apply.
• If the reservation is cancelled from 12:01 AM on the arrival date (local time of the property), or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total stay will apply.
• The 30% cancellation fee may be recovered in the form of a voucher, which can be used within 1 year.
• The property reserves the right to modify the booking conditions for reservations involving more than 3 apartments.
• After check-in, in the event of early departure before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for any unused nights.
• If the reservation was made using a refund voucher, the voucher will be considered redeemed in the event of cancellation and will not be reissued. Changes are only possible if the value of the new stay is equal to or greater than the value of the original booking.

When confirming your booking, you can choose between two payment options:

1. Credit card as guarantee (Visa or Mastercard)

The card is required only as a guarantee of the booking.
Payment for the stay will be made directly at the property.
Upon arrival, the balance can be paid in cash, by debit card, cheque, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

2. Advance payment via PayPal

You can choose between two options:

• Full advance payment at the time of booking.
• Payment in 3 instalments:
  • The first instalment is charged immediately upon booking.
  • The remaining two are charged automatically one month apart.

The tourist tax is €2.50 per day for the Residence Des Alpes and €3.00 per day for the Aparthotel Des Alpes. The tax applies from the age of 14 and must be paid locally.

The swimming pool is located in the Aparthotel Des Alpes and can be used by both aparthotel and residence guests wearing swimming caps. It is supervised by a professional lifeguard and can be accessed daily from 3 pm to 8 pm. and on Saturdays from 4 p.m. (times subject to possible change in low season).

Use of the spa is restricted to persons over 16 years of age and is possible from 3 pm to 8 pm (hours subject to possible change in low season). The spa is located in the Aparthotel Des Alpes, but can also be accessed by guests of the residence.

Access to the gym is permitted between 9 am and 8 pm. It is located in the Aparthotel Des Alpes and can be used by guests of both the aparthotel and the residence.

Playroom and baby room are located in the Aparthotel Des Alpes. They can be used by both aparthotel and residence guests between 9 am and 11 pm.

Just 1.5 km from Alpe Cermis and 13 km from Pampeago – Obereggen, our Residence Aparthotel is the ideal starting point for exploring the mountains in every season.

The property is 1 km from the center of Cavalese.

Des Alpes has an on-site restaurant and pizzeria, where guests of the aparthotel and residence can, upon reservation, enjoy breakfast at a fixed price of €10 per person per day.
Half-board service is not available, but guests can order from the à la carte menu.
Takeaway service is also available.

By paying an additional fee of €10 per day, it is possible to accommodate an extra child in the apartment within the standard number of beds. The child must not exceed 2 years of age. 

If you wish to receive an extra change of towels and have the staff clean the bathroom and floors before the end of your stay, the service charge is €50 for one-room and two-room apartments and €70 for three-room apartments.

Aparthotel Des Alpes: Pets are not allowed.

Residence Des Alpes: Pets are welcome upon request, with a supplement of €20.00 per pet, per day. A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask you to read our pet policy before your stay.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and allow all guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday with their pets, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules.

At Residence Des Alpes, pets are welcome! To ensure the comfort of all our guests and to comply with hygiene regulations, we kindly ask pet owners to observe the following guidelines:

• Pets of all sizes are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and accustomed to staying in holiday residences.
• A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment.
• Please inform us about your pet at the time of booking.
• A supplement of €20.00 per pet, per day applies to cover the additional cleaning required using specific cleaning products.
• Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or armchairs. The property's bed linen and towels must not be used for their care or sleeping.
• Please bring your pet's own food and water bowls, bed, or blanket. The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
• In accordance with HACCP hygiene regulations, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool and wellness area. In all common areas, pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
• We recommend not leaving your pet alone in the apartment unless it is accustomed to being left alone, in order to avoid disturbing other guests.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pet does not disturb other guests.
• Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their animals.

In the laundry room located in the Aparthotel Des Alpes, guests can use the washing machine (including detergent) for €5 per wash. The use of the ironing board and iron is free of charge. Guests staying at the Residence Des Alpes may also use these services.

A convenient kitchen set including 250 ml oil and vinegar and 500 g sugar and salt can be requested at the time of booking. The price is €12.

Fresh bread, milk and croissants for the following morning can be ordered at the reception by 8 pm. The charge will be calculated according to consumption.

At a cost of € 10 per day you can park your car in the covered garage. It can only be booked on-site.

Strollers and baby backpacks are available for rent at a cost of €10 per day.

For those who wish, at a cost of €8 and security deposit of €25, it is possible to rent a bathrobe - handy both to access the sauna and to keep in your apartment.
